Richard Stoddart - Branch Manager
Richard has been in the industry since birth and has served his apprenticeship as a porter and a driver. He has project managed several complete hospital moves and managed the move of all office staff into the new British Library. A recent addition to the team, Richard manages the Loughborough depot and carries out the home survey visits. In his spare time, he teaches English, cycles and runs.
Lisa Summerfield - Branch Administrator
Joined in 2004 and now works every day but only part-time she is the first point of call for most customers and potential customers and with the rest of the branch team, she helps people through the ups and down of the moving process. Being a mother to two and working doesn’t leave her a lot of time but she enjoys keep-fit and sewing.
Richard Allen - Operations Manager
Richard joined GB Liners initially in 2003 on their Graduate Scheme. He has worked in several depots culminating in managing the Loughborough branch. In 2015, he took two years away from work to be a full time dad and returned as Operations Manager in early 2018. In his spare time Richard likes to spend time with his young family.
Connor Rice - Move Manager
Connor joined GB Liners in September 2017 as a Management Trainee, having graduated from Birmingham City University with a BA Hons Business Degree. Originally based in Loughborough, Connor moved across to Cirencester to take up the role of Operations Supervisor in October 2018 and has moved back to Loughborough in October 2019 as the Move Manager. He is a huge sports and music fan. He enjoys socialising with friends and taking part in sporting activities as often as possible. Connor recently completed the National Three Peaks Challenge within 24 hours for Breast Cancer UK and is currently training for a 100 mile cycling challenge.
